Rainy Days

So its been a rainy start to the day, I was up walking my Jack Russell Jake at 6 am, just got back indoors before the heavens opened about 7 am. I have been looking forward to sharing the new range from West Yorkshire Spinners with you all on my website so I cracked on with that over coffee and toast (homemade marmalade on sourdough.. it doesn’t get much better than that…) the new 100% Shetland wool is a DK version of the Aran Croft with excellent meterage and using an average of about 6 balls for a medium sized garment. I cant wait to get my hands knitting some up but I’ve been having stern words with myself about knitting the stock so I’ll give someone else a chance first!! We will have some new Autumn/Winter stock in soon from Spain, new Azteca colours and a couple of new lines to try out and see if they are popular. As you all know, I like to try and get beautiful and unique yarns in store whenever possible. Also arriving is 100% baby/4ply Merino. This is a gorgeous range and suitable for adults as well as babies. Exciting times, I love deliveries, it sparks my imagination and gets my fingers twitching! That’s all for now, knitting beckons…..
